The 2027 Garden Calendar celebrates gardens of all kinds but especially where produce is grown and flowers are enjoyed. This year’s calendar focuses on the seasonal produce of the garden and the simple pleasures that they can bring; the first strawberries warm from the sun, the dazzling beauty of a bluebell glade or the earthy comfort of freshly pulled leeks.
Each page of the calendar features two main illustrations that give us different perspectives on the garden; a snapshot featuring in detail the abundant ripe produce, beautiful flowers and even some insect visitors that you might spot; and a panorama of a garden in a landscape. This calendar also includes a recipe for each month utilising that month’s choice fruit or vegetables.
As with all previous calendars, the illustrations at the top and bottom of each page are part of two circular paintings, underlining the continuity and flow of the seasons.

Each month’s illustrations link together to form one long, circular image which is printed in its entirety at the back of the calendar.
The calendar is ring-bound, measuring 12in x 12in (30.5cm) and contains 12 illustrated pages plus an illustrated cover page and end page showing the circular paintings in their entirety. The month and dates are in a hand-written typeface, in keeping with the entirely hand-painted style of the calendar.
